We Are Not A Broker

Blair Capital management is not a broker and does not participate in commissions paid by its clients. It does, however, negotiate favorable commission rates for its clients and selects brokers that are helpful to it in the investment process.

We Are Not Custodians

Blair Capital Management does not act as custodian for its clients' cash or securities. Clients must select bank or brokerage houses for this function and then authorize Blair Capital Management Corp. to make trades for the account. Blair Capital Management, on a monthly basis, audits the custodian to ensure that the securities and cash are consistent with our authorized trades and previous positions.
